Combined action granulated fungicide.
Effective against fungi and bacteria, can be used without risk of resistance, economical product.
Copper oxychloride provides contact, cimoxanil provides local-systemic protection against pathogens. The active copper (Cu++) is taken up by the germinating spore. This process escalates very rapidly to toxic concentrations. Cymoxanil inhibits the oxidative biochemical processes that degrade fungi. The active ingredient is absorbed into the plant within an hour and provides internal protection for about 3-6 days, making it suitable for preventing, stopping and curing diseases.

Kupfer Fusilan® WG is mainly effective against peronospora, phytophthora and alternaria, but its high copper content also extends its action to bacterial diseases.

In vines and cucumbers the dose is 2,5-3,0 kg/ha. Higher doses should only be used under heavy infestation conditions. The sensitivity of varieties to copper should be taken into account at the time of treatment. The amount of spray applied should also be determined as above, within the recommended limits.

For potatoes and green peas the dose should be 2,5 to 2,7 kg/ha. Higher doses are only recommended in case of heavy infestation.

In tomatoes, a dose of 1,8-2,2 kg/ha is recommended. In case of heavy infestation, the maximum dose is applied.

The micro-granule (WG) form is easier to handle for the grower. When the spray is prepared, it disperses explosively when poured into water, facilitating preparation and speeding up the spraying operation. Thanks to the formulation, the usability and application of the spray are significantly improved compared to powder formulations. The high active ingredient content of the product is also remarkable.

For green pea (waxy leaf) crops, the addition of an adherence enhancing additive (e.g. Designer®) is necessary. After high rainfall, the wax layer may weaken, which increases copper sensitivity, so it is recommended to treat at lower doses.
Treatments should be started before the onset of disease symptoms, based on predictions. The amount of spray should be chosen according to the type of cultivation, the size of the foliage and the type of application machine.
